Once you’ve had a full assessment, these appointments are times we can meet to assess your cat’s progress, make modifications based on current results, answer any questions that have come up, and do a general check in on things are going. Number of followups necessary will depend on complexity of the case and how things are progressing.

Whether it’s giving medication to your cat, administering subcutaneous fluids, modifying your living space to accommodate a cat with arthritis, or just interpreting their behaviour to assess pain and quality of life, caring for a senior cat comes with its own set of needs. We can help with desensitization and training to make medical treatments easier and less stressful for both you and your cat. We can also offer advice on environmental modifications and with other general questions you may have.
Caring for a senior cat can be a difficult and emotional time. We’re here to help you give your cat the best quality of life and support you as you navigate their end of life care.
60-90 minute initial consult: $110
30 minute follow up appointments: $65
*Please note: There is absolutely no medical advice involved in these consults. These appointments only deal with behaviour and environmental modifications. For any medical advice or questions, you should always talk to your veterinarian. For specific palliative and end of life care, we highly recommend Midtown Mobile Veterinary Hospice Care.
